SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Each of the individual products are securely packaged in a tamper proof cover / box. The package is sealed well ensuring safe delivery to your doorstep.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However, items weighing over 2 kilos may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas, the products will be shipped through the Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above or equal to Rs. 699/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer). For orders below Rs. 699 (with exclusions as above), shipping charges of Rs. 50 will apply. On select pin codes and/or on select products, we may apply additional shipping costs irrespective of the order value.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Babywears.in, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we take great care to package and ship your order. However, we understand that due to reasons beyond our control, a package sometimes may not reach you in the desired state.

As a policy, we do exchange for all manufacturing defects, change of product / color. However we do not offer any refunds other than Store Credit which can be used up to 3 months from the date of issuance.

However, if you believe that the order you have received is wrong, in a damaged condition, or has been tampered with, please send an email to us within 7 days of delivery at reach@babywears.in, with a picture attached. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently.

  • All returned items except damaged must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice and should be in a saleable condition

  • The product(s) will be picked up within 3-5 business days from when we process the request

  • The new product(s) will be shipped to you within 5 business days after the original order has been picked up

  • The replacement will be shipped post validation of the reason for return. In case the product is in tradeable condition, we will issue a replacement. If the product is not in a tradeable condition, we will issue a Store Credit. The criteria to assess trade ability lies at the sole discretion of Babywears.in

 

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or returns on any discounted, used, or promotional product(s). Any free or promotional product(s) delivered with the ordered product(s) also need to be returned.
